How I’m gaining integrity with my time using Satya

Satya is my homework this week

Last week I figured out that I can apply Ahimsa to my calendar by choosing the language I use to describe it.

This week I learned how I can add integrity into how I plan my schedule. This was definitely not easy, you see it means being honest with what I want to do with my time. And equally as honest about what I don’t want to do. Eek!
