How I’m Acknowledging Abundance with Aparigraha

Aparigraha is my homework this week

Last week I figured out that I can apply Brahmacharya can be used to understand my own energy patterns. There is so much to be learned here.

This week was so much fun! How often do we stop and cherish our abundance? It’s so easy to just look past what I have into what I want. Apply this to time and it gets even more interesting, do I want to hold all my time in what is important for me? Or find a balance between being present for others and choosing to hold space for me to breathe too.
