How I’m living clean with Saucha

Saucha is my homework this week

Last week I figured out that I can apply Aparigraha to cherish what I already have and while also choosing to give of myself to others.

This week is all about living clean, now of course I could take a literal meaning to this and think about food. Instead, I kept with my focus on my time and I’m so glad I did. What if you could choose to give up things that don’t serve you?
