Virtual Campfire Social Event: Hope & Cynicism
Thursday, May 29th 2025 | 12–1:30PM EST / 5–6:30PM GMT | Online via Zoom
A Hope and Cynicism Community Discussion
In this hope and cynicism discussion, we’ll explore how these seemingly opposite perspectives coexist within us. Hope can anchor us in uncertainty, while cynicism often feels like the only honest response to a chaotic world.
What does it mean to trust the future?
- Are some more prone to hope, others to skepticism—and why?
- Is cynicism a protective shield or a barrier to connection?
- How do these mindsets shape mental health and community resilience?
Join us for candid conversations about perception, uncertainty, and rebuilding faith in ourselves and each other.
