Virtual Campfire Social Event: How We Eat
Thursday, Apr 24th 2025 | 12–1:30PM EST / 5–6:30PM GMT | Online via Zoom
A Mindful Eating Community Discussion
Food sustains us, but its impact stretches far beyond nourishment. In this mindful eating community discussion, we’ll explore how food connects cultures, shapes mental health, and reflects our deepest values.
Why do we eat what we eat? What relationships exist between food, identity, and ethics? Join us to share stories and rethink how everyday choices can foster connection—to ourselves and our communities.
What to expect:
Once a month, we bring together this community for a night of thought-provoking “virtual campfire” conversations about the most tender aspects of the human experience.
At each event, we offer a ‘menu’ of conversation questions designed to catalyze lively discussions between strangers. Each conversation menu has three rounds of questions, and in each round, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with small groups to discuss the prompts. These events are a great way to meet new people and explore fresh perspectives on mental health and the human experience.
