In the Stress Can’t Stop Me Now interactive and live online course we integrate yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and community support to redesign and rebuild a healthier relationship with stress, self-talk, and fear.
Increase self self-awareness, break free of unhelpful stress patterns, and tap into your body’s innate intelligence through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Connect with a network of friends who will support you in cultivating and designing your life of fulfillment.
In this workshop, we invite gentle observation and reflection of our current patterns with stress. With this new awareness, we design new strategies that allow for new patterns and choices to arise. These strategies are designed to help you face your fears and inner critic and give you tools to lessen your stress, anxiety, and depression. Throughout the program, we discover stress resilience and recovery through tools and practices, conversations, individual, and group activities.
No yoga, mindfulness, or meditation experience needed. Come as you are.
