Why I love my journal

I never used to use a journal at all and now I carry it everywhere I go. Over the past 2 years I have gone through significant changes in my health and wellness. It has been a long journey and sometimes it felt unmanageable and like I would never reach my destination. So what does that have to do with my journal?
