Nine Morning Habits to Start your day in Wellness

How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. I used to be that person who in the morning hit the snooze button at least 3 or 4 times. Finally I would drag myself out of bed at the last minute, read my social media as I rushed to get ready, and then running out the door missing breakfast with no plans for lunch.
