Our 7 Week Program

Eat Breathe Thrive is a community-based program that will help you build a healthier relationship with food, body image, and yourself. Our unique mind-body approach combines yoga, community support, and service opportunities to help you overcome food and body image challenges on all ends of the spectrum.

Increase your self-confidence, break free of emotional eating, and tap into your body’s innate intelligence through yoga & meditation. Connect with a network of friends who will support you in eating healthy and cultivating positive body image. Offer your unique skills and talents to give back to others through service activities.

No yoga experience needed. Come as you are.

The course includes seven two-hour weekly sessions of discussion, interactive exercises, movement and meditation, and a final group ‘Pay It Forward’ activity that you will plan and carry out together with your fellow participants.

The weekly program follows a structured, evidence-informed curriculum:

One:  Building Community
Two:  Setting the Stage
Three:  Functional Action
Four:  Embodied Intimacy
Five:  Inner Awareness
Six:  Self-Regulation
Seven:  Community project

Application process

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or ever have practiced yoga before. Adolescents (aged 16+) and adults of all genders, ethnicities, and abilities welcome!

We are dedicated to providing this program responsibly, and this is why we have an application process. 

Step One: Apply to the program of your choice below. 

Step Two: Once your application is approved we will contact you to discuss program payment options. Please note we do have a scholarship application available, while you can complete this application at any time, we will respond to it once we have completed step one. If you would like to apply for a scholarship for a program please fill in our Scholarship application form

Step Three: Once your applications are approved, you will receive a welcome message to our Thrive Tribe and provide relevant details to your program.

Calgary Winter 2020

When: Thursdays 6:45 pm – 9 pm, Jan 9, 16, 23, Feb 6, 13, 20 and our community session is on Saturday the 22nd (time to be determined)

Spring Retreat

When: April 3, 4 and 5, 2020

Where: Marble Canyon, 5155 Fairway Drive, Fairmont Hot Springs,  BC  V0B 1L1

$649 each, Includes;

  • Eat Breathe Thrive program
  • 2 nights shared accommodations
  • 2 Meditation and yoga sessions Sat & Sun
  • Breakfast Saturday and Sunday
  • Snacks Friday night, Saturday and Sunday
  • Welcome wine Friday evening
  • 1 entry to Fairmont Hot Pool

Enjoy this retreat time, our program will run approximately as follows below.
