Our 7 Week Program

The Eat Breathe Thrive: a 7 week program is designed for those struggling self worth, food and body image issues.

The program combines group discussion, educational activities, peer support, yoga, meditation, and self-reflection. Each activity is designed support you in cultivating a healthier relationship with food, body image, and self. You will be given tools to help you track hunger and fullness signals, cope with difficult emotions, and overall create a sense of home in your own skin.

The course includes seven two-hour weekly sessions of discussion, interactive exercises, movement and meditation, and a final group ‘Pay It Forward’ activity that you will plan and carry out together with your fellow participants.
