Yes. Vyana mudra is connected with the svadisthana chakra or the sacral chakra. Which is different from Vyana vayu, or “omnipresent air”. Vyana Vayu is nourishing and expansive, it governs the movement of prana through the body (through our Nadis). In the context of the experience I have shared, it was giving myself permission to release the stories of my past (that were responsible for the blockage of prana within me), and be with my true self with self-compassion, understanding and acceptance, that allowed me to experience the easy flowing current of Vyana Vayu. Essentially, when I restored the belief in my true self, as a whole and complete being, I was able to release the blockage and feel the full expression of prana as it moved from my core throughout my whole body.
